Cainsville ATM ripped from restaurant

Brant OPP is investigating yet another theft of an ATM yanked from a business.

On Oct. 3 at 5 a.m., officers responded to The Stop 53 restaurant at 1365 Colborne St. E. to find someone had gained entry by smashing a glass door and removing the ATM machine, causing extensive damage to the building.

County of Brant OPP are asking for assistance to identify suspects and vehicles. If you have any information, contact the County of Brant OPP criminal investigation unit at 1-888-310-1122 or leave an anonymous message with Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or visit www.crimestoppers-brant.ca, where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
