The Brantford Briers Basketball Club is ready for tryouts for its 2012-13 representative travel team.

Coaches for the upcoming season are Andrea Hawkins and Rebecca Polidori for novice girls (Grades 3 and 4), George Salmaniw for major atom girls (Grades 5 and 6) and Nigel Romany for major bantam girls (Grades 7 and 8).

Tryouts are set for the atom-aged players on Thursday, Sept. 13 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and on Saturday, Sept. 15 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Tollgate Technological Skills Centre.

Bantam-aged players are asked to tryout on Tuesday, Sept. 11 and Thursday, Sept. 15 from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Tollgate.
