Brant-Brantford Crime Stoppers recently held its annual fundraiser, “Sip, Sample and Savour.”

We were able to raise $19,205, which will help to keep our program alive for another year. The funds generated from this event are primarily used to pay out our anonymous tipsters on a monthly basis, which is the premise of our program.

Like other non-profit organizations, it has been a difficult year raising funds. Our community, unfortunately, suffers from donor fatigue because there are so many worthwhile causes that are looking for financial support. 
Local businesses are inundated with requests for sponsorships and donations daily.

Sip, Sample and Savour was largely successful due to the contributions and support from our sponsors, volunteers, local restaurants, wineries and breweries.

Thank you to all who volunteered their time and energy to help out during the event.
