Given the incalculable amount of booty that the British Queen’s empire has pillaged over the centuries from indigenous people and the untold misery and death Her Majesty’s system has visited upon tribal peoples in the “new world,” it would seem more appropriate to refer to last week’s festivities in England as the “Bloody Diamond Jubilee.”
