Some of my favorite memories with my family are driving around and looking at Christmas lights, not just as a child but with my own children.
Family togetherness is something that we as a society really need right now. To create traditions within our town, as well as within our family, is a good thing, not something to be chastised for.
Does the city define the amount of lights or the amount of houses on the street decorated that are allowed? I think there were other possibilities other than creating a bylaw to regulate something like Christmas decorations.
Trying to find a parking spot at a mall can be pretty annoying during the holiday season. Is council going to try to “fix” that as well?
