Sexual assault investigation reveals false report

Staff Report
BRANT NEWS

Brantford police say an investigation into a report of a sexual assault received last month has revealed the incident did not take place.

On Jan. 27, police reported that a woman was sexually assaulted by two men in Charles Ward Park four days earlier.

At the time, police said the men attacked the victim and sexually assaulted her in a secluded area of the park before releasing her and leaving the area.

Police on Monday said the investigation has been closed.

—So the three thumbsdowners went out and hid babies in the park and couldn’t find them again when they came back. Sorry guys I fogot to mention the rabbit hole. Keep you eyes peeled for a white rabbit. He’ll show you the way.

Hot debate. What do you think? Thumb up 4 Thumb down 4

—Maybe one of you thumbsdowners should go out and look for the “secluded” part of the park for yourself. It is a very small park. If you can find this spot please let me know.
