Doug Doolittle works on sidewalk chalk art during the fourth annual Local-Global Peace Festival in downtown Brantford on Saturday. Organized by the Peace and Diversity Circle, the event encourages Brant residents to take a minute to be thankful for peace in Canada, as well as hope for peace around the world. Brantford Pride, Arts After School Kids, the Sexual Assault Centre of Brant and other organizations that promote peace and diversity set up booths along Dalhousie Street during the event.
