A Hamilton woman is facing impaired driving and drug charges after police found her car in the median of Highway 403 on Friday morning.

County of Brant OPP found the vehicle in the centre median of the highway near Garden Avenue shortly after 1:30 a.m. after receiving a complaint from another driver on the highway.

An officer noticed signs of impairment while talking to the accused.

A 34-year-old Hamilton woman is charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, impaired driving, possession of a controlled substance (crystal meth) and assaulting a peace officer.
