A Colborne Street business was held up at gunpoint during a robbery on Wednesday night.
Brantford police are seeking two suspects in relation to the incident after two men entered the business shortly before 9 p.m. with their faced concealed.
One man pointed a handgun at a lone attendant while the other tried to get into the cash register, but was unable to open it.
The attendant was ordered to open the register and complied with the thieves’ demand. He was then told to go into a back room and the suspects fled.
No one was injured during the robbery.
Police describe the gun-wielding suspect as about 5’8″ tall with a thin build. He was wearing dark clothing at the time of the robbery.
The second suspect is described as bigger than the first and was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
