Brantford police are seeking two suspects after the Rogers Plus store on King George Road was robbed at gunpoint on Monday night.
Police say two men entered the business shortly before 9 p.m. and ordered two employees to the rear of the store. One suspect was in possession of a handgun, police say.
The suspects stole a large quantity of cellular phones.
Investigators believe a vehicle was used in the robbery due to the volume of products taken by the thieves. No one was injured during the heist.
The first suspect is described as a black male, about 5’11″ tall. He was wearing a toque or baseball cap and a scarf concealing most of his face, as well as dark clothing.
The second suspect is described as a black male, about 5’9″ tall and wearing all black clothing.
Police say both suspects had medium builds and spoke with slight accents.
Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact Det. David Minutillo at 519-756-0113 ext. 2265.
