Brantford police are investigating a Saturday robbery at a variety store on Peel Street.

Police say a man concealing his face entered the store brandishing a weapon at about 9:30 p.m. Nobody was injured during the incident.

The suspect is described as about six feet tall, thin, with dark skin. He was wearing a brown hoodie and black sweat pants.

Police believe someone in the community may have information that could assist investigators in determining the suspect’s identity
