Total sales activity in Brantford numbered 191 units in October, up 15 per cent from October 2011. The total value of property sales amounted to $51.4 million, up 21 per cent from October 2011 levels.

The Brantford Regional Real Estate Association serves an area that includes the City of Brantford and rural areas and communities in the County of Brant.
