A Brantford man is facing impaired driving charges after County of Brant OPP responded to a single vehicle crash on Brant Road on Friday morning.
Police say a 2005 Ford pick-up truck collided with a road sign.
As an officer talked to the driver, he noticed the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The man was taken to the County of Brant OPP detachment in Paris for Intoxilyzer tests.
A 47-year-old city man is charged with impaired driving and driving with over 80 milligrams of blood-alcohol content.
