Six Nations man faces impaired driving charge

Staff Report BRANT NEWS A Six Nations man is facing charges after County of Brant OPP were called to a report of a black Ford van in a ditch along Cockshutt Road on Sunday night. Police were notified about the van that had left the road shortly before midnight. An officer attended the scene and noticed signs of impairment by alcohol while talking to the driver. A 48-year-old Ohsweken man is charged with impaired driving and failing to comply with an undertaking or recognizance.
